Yep the product "aha" journey - unsurprisingly folks who have made an on-chain commitment in the form of minting our NFTs etc are sticking around more.

Is there a common theme in the cohort of users who did retain at D30? This can be the kind of users they are or the experience or journey they had. Identify that and scale it

Agreed. challenge is the active social community audience is already super active even on product. How to get more folks to cross that chasm repeatedly ?

Community! It’s the best way to keep engagement high. I haven’t spotted a one size fits all playbook. Depends on your community and what they vibe with. 
If your events and conversations revolve around learning rather than memeing & GMing you can get some really deep engagement or even better relationship building

The general idea is to remove all friction possible. The one area I'm focused on right now is helping devs remove the need for on-ramp when possible. Cross-chain and cross-token transactions are key here.

If a user wants to pay with degen for an NFT that only takes ETH, let them!
