great point. We have tried adding fun elements to some of our partner quests - streaks, meme competitions, community challenges ( i.e. meet this milestone collectively for extra rewards). Even explored something on the lines of on chain treasure hunt (clues being dropped in txns etc)

Most mid market communities ignore it. The best ones do care about just letting the community rip & have fun - bera, monad for e.g. Leads to insider jokes + culture
