If marketing is an investment in growth, should customer support be under operations, a cost for the product to run, similar to server costs? Community management, where does that fall, you think?

Community management should be its own department, collaborating with marketing, CS, product development. Or letโ€™s create a community department and put marketing and CS *under* it
