Product - infra for users to share their private data with apps Goal - enable any user to collate their private digital foot print from across app, and then exert control over who gets access to what data under what licenses. Companies can leverage this for personalisation, seamless UX while onboarding etc. Users get better offers Challenge - how to build a brand image of security & privacy from the very start (product not live)?

I was the CMO of Aleo (zk L1) so I'm familiar with this paradox of privacy. People have different opinions on what it is and means. More than anything people dont want to sacrifice conveinence. So, I would focus the brand positioning more around: 1. your data is hugely valuable (speak about how big the user data industry is and why it got that way) 2. [your company] wants to shift the power dynamic by putting you in control of who has what. 3. You dont lose the internet you love (personalization) and you benefit from knowing where your data is.
