How do you check if you're actually building a culture within your community (beyond just airdrop hunters yapping un necessarily)? Any quantitative measures? @kbc ? Big challenge for us - it's kinda like PMF. If culture good, you just know. If culture bad , you just know. The middle part is tricky 😆

insider jokes. So not your run of the mill meme, but jokes/memes that are super aligned with the community and meaningless outside. Another way to measure it, is to see if people have "digital twins" (simmelian ties). These are individuals who have the same network position (ie talking with the same people). Digital twins create robustness in the community as the twin serves similar purpose in the community (jesters, nerd, event coordinator, motivator etc). A proxy in how to measure simmelian ties would be the proportion of symmetric to asymmetric ties.
