We are developing UI to quickly create and manage actions for DAO proposals. "Transfer" actions related to the movement of funds onchain.

I’m leaning A based on general color conventions. 

Clearly, destructive action is red. 
The inverse, net new creation, green. 
And transfers feel right as a differentiated purple.
