when building a consumer product, try to think about constraints and what might make your product unique. while constraints might feel limiting, it can actually result in something unique in the market - 140 character limit - single photo feeds - disappearing photos that only last 24 hours for receipts we asked: how would a new social network around fitness look and function if users were *required* to have wearables? what data would we index highest on? it turns out our metric of "intensity minutes" (minutes of elevated heart rate during workouts) is something new and unique that other apps aren't/can't highlight and we're seeing a lot of early excitement around it

Really cool to have experienced this first hand. I haven’t been in a publicly accessible beta before. Interesting to see how the minimal mvp has evolved. I admire your continued focus on nailing a pretty narrow set of features and working iteratively to expand, so easy to get lured into longer cycles going for fully featured launches. Certainly been there 🙃. Huge kudos! Thanks again for building in public!
