There’s somewhat of a hack here. Intense aerobic activity. Pick something you enjoy and it makes staying up late more intolerable. Now, if you are working/creating/building late into the morning hours vs just faffing off, that’s going to be a bad time. I find I have much greater agency with way attention when I’m not tired, so I try and better program later.
