When you have inexplicably irreproducible bugs in internal tools from users with a ton of them installed šŸ˜…. But in all seriousness: We built one in my day job to act as a smart sidebar for various unowned web-based services that internal users have to switch between. We use it mainly as a grounding reference for process and a place to input or edit data, and generally understand the customer more fully, super helpful and turning out to be an interesting surface for ai integrations for even faster, more actionable summaries of relevant info to what youā€™re viewing in the main tab. The most ā€œmagicalā€ ones Iā€™ve used extend Stava, giving greater visibility into data and higher granularity. Elevate is one to check out. Magic here is more about pulling insights from data that isnā€™t directly visible our I canā€™t really make sense of. The UIs are less than magical. Hoping for some good examples from others on that front.
