I don’t agree with a lot of these but I guess effort in initially is not meeting expectations quick enough? What can we do?

starting from scratch is one of the biggest hurdles imo connecting with everyone linked on your X should be simple (maybe it already is) but I’m not aware

Cliquey... I suppose a little. But only so much because you're not in it. Crypto Twitter also seems so as someone not in it. Siloed, channels created false walls Invite code, I don't even know anymore Gated, that's the invite code? Dev centric, I get this at all. As a non-dev I see a lot of building in the open but plenty of non-devs here

The cliquey, and gated are what have kept me away so much. Feels like unless you’re already popular on here, almost no one will engage with you. So it ends up being hard to interact with new people.

to play Devil's advocate, why *should* users come to farcaster? also, if on boarding hasnt simplified significantly, thats a huge hurdle. entering an email and a password to create an account has very little friction.
