Extra appreciation for today is learning a new skill! I learned how to change a laptop battery (mine has been on its way out for a while!) 13 screws and 2 connectors was easy enough ☺️

Today's appreciation: 1. Catching up with friends I haven't seen in a while. 2. Giving myself space tomorrow to concentrate on coursework. 3. Leftover Cinnamon buns. Definitely better reheated in the microwave versus the air fryer

First attempt at homemade dairy free Cinnamon rolls. 8/10 Also added in some stone fruit (as I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon). The dough came out perfectly and they are so good 🤤 Couple things to work on, they did brown a little more than I'd like in the oven and made them a little big, not sure that's an actual problem though 😂

Totally agree, as a Tolkien fan it's really well done, although I know a lot of the book purists aren't happy with it. Can't wait to watch episode 7 🙌🏻

Today's Appreciation 1. Showing up to exercise even if it's just for the vibes. Low impact training is still training. 2. New opportunities coming through 3. The Rings of Power S2. I loved S1 and delighted there's still 2 more episodes to watch. The level of detail on this show, set design, casting and scripts are so so good. Durin IV has some phenomenal scenes 🙌🏻

NYC chocolate chip and sea salt and a Coffee cake cinnamon cookie. The coffee cake cinnamon were an experiment and I wasn't quite happy with them so will need another go 🤔
