Wait what's your preparation like? I used to blend the nuts, milk and powder and add some fresh berries on top. I used a frozen berry mix and frozen pitted cherries which not only made it easier but also made it taste like ice cream, which I didn't mind lol PS my prep likely had 50% too many calories but oh well
