What's the best / cheapest API to get token prices / price change and similar data?

https://www.coingecko.com/en/api has a fairly generous free/demo tier (30 calls/min)

Not sure about cheapest but codex.io has been the most stable one I’ve used

10,000 requests/month is def enough to get me started, thanks! What happens if I go over, do I get rate limited? Data just doesn't refresh or do I get an error?
