I've actually never used Strava, but i will give it a go now

I've just been using Apple Fitness for my weekly strength training sessions (nothing to write home about and i use the "Other" workout)

if you've been tracking other types of workouts on Strava (e.g. strength training, yoga, etc) it all counts in the "week to date" attestation! adding the finishing touches on a *receipts leaderboard* at the moment 😜
