My grandma used to make very thin fried zucchini slices - just lightly floured (and fried in plenty of oil, lol)

I've tried a few times but it's very hard to get the right thickness and cooking time to get them crispy but not #000

Nice idea, are there ones made just for oil? By the way she did it in a pan (good amount of oil, but not deep-fried). Also the water coming out of veg like zucchini makes this extra hard. I don't think she dried them out on kitchen paper first, but she might have?

Ooh fried zucchini is amazing!! I've also found it really challenging to get the right texture. I need to get a thermometer to monitor the oil temperature which may help :)
