hot take: anon people with “hot takes” are the most beta of beta energy. 

sharing a strong POV takes a lot more courage when there is reputational, social, and financial capital on the line — and rarely is that ever the case when one is anon.

btw you're actually doing the very thing you're criticising: you're judging anons based on their (lack of) identity as "beta", whatever that means

to be clear: it isn’t the lack of identity that i’m criticizing, it’s the decision to share a “hot take” that they would only share anonymously.
