Yeah it is really cool - made me think of Tim Ferris' concept of "fear setting". Writing down a list for each of those blocks must be empowering

Really cool chart. I personally feel like I have issues moving past the fear zone, not in design necessarily but in what I want to accomplish in general. I think it's due to lack of confidence in myself as well as uncertainty.
