Fun fact

When I made neynar.com I told @rish I'd never used Framer before 😂 we f around and found out, happy we did (and grateful for that)

I noticed a lot of designers I interviewed were “fake it til you make it” and it was such a turn off.

Then I talked to a friend who worked at a big nyc agency and he said it’s a big part of agency culture.

That being said, ended up finding incredible design talent. It was just hard to filter through the noise.
