Ah gotcha. 
1. I believe in empowering job seekers and minorities, which means removing financial barriers. This is also why it’s on a doc and not any other platform, so there’s no monetization on my part. 
2. I’m bound by contract in my current job to not take on other jobs or side hustles. Looks bad!

I thought that was the case tbh, I just went there without thinking. Maybe one day :)
