Personally, prefer to focus on strengths , It makes me feel better , more effective and to be honest, easier than work on weaknesses , just like weak muscles training suffers

I'm aligned with that Feeling good is important - if you reduce a weakness by a % you'll feel what, a little bit less bad at something? Seems like a wrong place to focus But at the same time, what if a weakness is becoming systematic and preventing you from doing your best

It actually applies to many cases, for example, physical and mental weaknesses can reduce creativity and focus. A weak muscle in the leg can mess up a shoulder workout. I might not fully agree with focusing on the weak parts, but itβs not something you can completely ignore either.
