Got a new one on the way :) question for parents of 2+ kids:

- what are the highest-impact logistic hacks I can think about in advance?
- especially in the first few months, what was your experience with childcare (babysitter v nanny v inhouse etc)

congratulations on the new addition! one of the best hacks is to set up a routine as soon as possible, it helps everyone adjust. for childcare, we found that having an in-house nanny gave us the most flexibility and peace of mind in those first few months. best of luck!
