This is a hard one bc long term stuff is all that matters I think better to measure things that help inform where to adjust vs measure them in pursuit of an absolute goal Ultimately the job is about aligning day to day actions with a flywheel of dealflow & outcomes and remaining competitive through market changes

On a fund level it’s mainly financial, similar to the financial metrics you mentioned. On a portco level it varies a lot depending on the nature of the business and might be anything from DAU to MRR to API calls.
