Who would have thought Trump launching a memecoin could be bearish for Ethereum? I’m probably just in my feelings rn, but I have a hard time seeing how this doesn’t make Solana the main choice for new crypto buyers.

all Ai tokens on Solana are equally down. This is a real-time case study of the power of liquidity which is at the end of the day the real market cap of a coin...once all the froth exits the room, whether in panic or FOMO. Taking a systemic view, this is bad for the earnest effort of 1000s of people in this space to build a better decentralised future on permissionless chains. I don't hate Solana, but it is not the same as Ethereum!

Yeah exactly! The Solana AI meta went down and I guess it won't be back up anytime soon. I was surprised that COINBASE as the most popular exchange in the US did not get involved with launching it on the base mainnet though.
