Taking X more than 36 hours to decide whether they want me as a paying verified customer; "under review" whilst my account was even blocked until I re-auth. I am as straight-laced as it gets both online and IRL. This is just another example of abysmal web 2 CX. LFG together here and make the old system obsolete.
