The network will grow more and of better quality if we onboard people 1:1 or by simply doing our thing and letting others come to us

vs

sponsoring things and giving away tokens at scale (ie hundreds of receivers at a time)

my working theory is that we focus on 1 and obvious opportunities for 2 will inevitably arise

shaping the ideas that shape us /native /believein 🇵🇸

agree, for now probably 1:1 attracts more people closely aligned with values and mission of existing members, plus each person adds a new flavour, so slowly and organically diversifying our DNA. Slowly first, then suddenly...we scale, in a good way.
