That account was born out someone called (Redacted) getting their other account removed during the great twitter ban of 2018. Then another user called (Redacted) birthed a wassie and then Inversebrah became one too. Anyway I've said too much already and I'm sure one of those lil Shids is living in my fridge. Totally agree. Hubris is bad for all and if you don't address patients concerns they will likely be coming back or seeing someone else until they are addressed.

This is very cool. Social reputation systems are fascinating and seem to be underutilised in these coordination systems that we all use and imo a missing piece of the jigsaw.
