Alright my friends, how did I do? My first sourdough loaf ever. Iโ€™m not versed enough to see where I can do better. But the bread was delicious and fluffy!

Looks absolutely yummy! I think possibly doing a higher hydration could create a more open crumb

This recipe was 75%. What do you usually do? I also think I could have let it ferment longer but I was impatient haha.

You can decrease the amount of flour a little in the loaf which will open the crumb. This is a very good first effort though and looks yummy!
