I worked on the creators product team at Meta, where we boiled down all creator needs into three foundational pillars:

1. Creation: Tools to bring ideas to life
2. Distribution: Reach and grow audiences
3. Earning: Monetize and rewards to incentivize

I fought for a fourth pillar and got alignment to expand our framework.
