Why haven't you added video to Warpcast?

- Smells like stated vs. revealed preference

- A lot of work to get right. Classic 95% straightforward to add and then the last 5% is another 90% work + ongoing maintenance.

- We use Imgur for image hosting today, which offloads major compliance burden to an at-scale company.

Meta comment - I really dig this type of cast, ie. discussing how you've reasoned about a product decision. It's nice as a community to be able to see the sausage being made

I wouldn't have considered the compliance burden (or moat), but that's a double-edge sword that you're wielding the right side of!
