The depth of mind-body connection Pilates activates is one of the most intense and dialed in feelings in the world. And as you bring certain muscles online and correct for asymmetry it unlocks a new levels in your body with new challenges. Also when you ignite different meridians in your body that have likely been dormant it creates new sensations and feelings of power to build upon from within. combine it with breathwork and deep spiritual/ mental work and you start to exist in a state of feeling naturally high and unstoppable.

My nervous system hadn't felt that overloaded in a while I could intuit that if I kept doing this, I would live in my body in a more effortless way

pilates by amanda is the best. I have tried many. tasha franken is good too but I think amanda has the midas touch for at home pilates. You want to incorporate 15- 45 min a day (depending on what else you’re stacking it with) and going out isn’t sustainable.
