Thereās a lot of big brains here but as a smb owner who takes crypto (and luckily have not received any returns or chargebacks), if you run your business honestly it wonāt be a huge problem There are a few packages that have gone missing that Iāve replaced - but generally I break even or just lose a tiny bit on replaced orders. I havent gotten to the point where Iāve fired specific customers but I have no qualms doing that if it gets to that point https://warpcast.com/androidsixteen.eth/0x6325a918

Chargebacks get worse as your company grows As an SMB, you won't have the surface area to attract adversarial behavior At scale, more people show up to take advantage of no questions asked chargebacks, bleeding you out millions of $ Firing customers also gets trickier with the spotlight that comes with scale

Well, Iām glad you think Iāll get to millions of dollars of sales š I understand. My goal is to keep chargebacks under 2% of my total sales. I think Iāve probably had around 200 orders by now and only 2-3 needing to be replaced. I wonder if making crypto customers pay a bit extra for āinsuranceā would solve the problem By that point if it ends up being like $200k in Ls Iāll figure out an internal solution
