Industrial farming strips the soil of minerals and other life-giving properties People then must take magnesium bisglycinate, trace minerals, and other supplements to make up for the deficiency in meat & produce Feels like the game is “rob you of your birthright, and sell it back to you as a product”

even the produce doesn’t taste like it used to anymore. when you go to these organic farm-to-table places, the flavor is so much richer - it really reminds you how food is supposed to taste.

i have too! food has become worse and more expensive at the same time. i have also noticed this more in the US than other countries. for eg: same burger at shake shack tastes bad in the US but is great in Japan/Singapore. i mean the recipe is the same, so ingredients are lower quality somehow?

The recipe may not even be the same But yeah, I’m convinced that conventionally (read: industrially) raised meat in the USA is not good for health because of how stressed and malnourished the animals are
