how so? I think individual wins being group wins and losses being individual is a great way of removing ego from the equation. You’re in pursuit of intellectual honesty not praise

Depends on the loss If you were responsible for a loss, of course you should acknowledge that. But the ego does this trick where it gains importance by owning up to losses that the individual couldn’t have prevented That’s sometimes considered ā€œgood leadershipā€ but it is neither intellectually honest nor healthy
