Any reason why the bio field on an FC account is limited to 160 chars?

I won't search the hub source since it will be deprecated, but in snapchain, the limit is 256 bytes(https://github.com/farcasterxyz/snapchain/blob/55cd36506817a824fe146ae6403aae30ee2d1c4c/src/core/validations/message.rs#L302) 

A character takes 1 byte but an unicode emoji can take 3 bytes. 

So it's limited at the protocol level, if you ask how these values are chosen, it is pretty much what the Merkl team decided without much input, IMO there are no major perf issues up to 2k bytes, but it is what it is.
