Not really decentralized yet -- eventual goal is to be a utility for videos, but that's 5-10 years away at the earliest Near-term goal is to just be the best Farcaster client for long-form videos. But if you want to look at it in a skeumorphic way, you could call it "onchain" YouTube More context in this thread: https://warpcast.com/androidsixteen.eth/0xc162252e

Great use of skeumorphic Pretend I'm very intelligent but don't know big words like that πŸ˜‚ Brainstorming here, is there any way to make Pinetree a frame? I figure the power of Farcaster is to have mini apps built in

Totally agree! Drop the link to any video and see what happens :) Eg: https://pinetree.so/video/0x65133867ab78cfea12079451a65c101a62a0bc14

Very cool, thanks! How is engagement and KPIs looking? Seems like you launched very recently, I checked out the announcement video You guys mentioned it took a couple months to launch, what was the most challenging part? These days, I'm building products and launching them within 1-2 weeks, depending on complexity

Architecting something well takes longer than vibecoding it, so maybe it took us longer to make it future-proof / have less tech debt at launch

Totally agree there I have a bullet-proof framework I put together and update every now and then that makes the rote stuff easy I'm not a vibecoder πŸ˜‰
