today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 quick full body blast 💥 these exercises help strengthen the glutes, hip flexors and core you could also use these exercises before gym to warm up 🙌🏾 1. banded hip bridges 2 x 10 2. straight leg lifts 2 x 5 each leg 3. russian twists 2 x 10 4. backwards lunge 2 x 5 each leg 5. goblet squats 2 x 5 these can be done with or without weights/bands it’s up to you how challenging you want it to be! as always let me know how you find it and if you have any questions!
