I always recommend barefoot shoes like Vivobarefoot. Yes, your range of motion will originally be limited but the work on your mobility will change your life and keep you limber throughout it. Practice squatting to the floor and you will increase your ankle, knee and hip mobility as well as getting a massive booty šŖ
