When I coach someone from 0, I prioritize these things (in order): 1. Sleep - getting enough rest is by far the most important part of making physical progress 2. Nutrition - you canβt outwork a bad diet (you can, itβs just stupid) 3. Physical activity (exercise) - With 1 & 2 dialed in, this becomes very easy
