happy friday (& solstice+1)🌞⏲️ super jazzed to share "Issuance Issues β€” Tertiary Treatise," a deep dive into how ~πŸ”₯The BurnΒ©πŸ”₯~ affects the network ownership of stakers & non-stakers! matplotlib enjoyooors may be extra keen to read on πŸ“‰πŸ₯§πŸ“...β‡Ÿβ‡Ÿβ‡Ÿ https://hackmd.io/@mikeneuder/iitt

the takeaway is that more burn means a bigger disparity between non stakers and stakers - even if it's a marginal amount, what are the implications of that larger gap? why does it matter? does it matter more that higher / lower stake rates?

okay, that makes sense, so this is more of a derivation exercise than an illumination of a unknown problem

It can still be illuminating to contemplate its effect on Ethereum. But my point is that there is nothing magical specifically pertaining to the burn. Under the same yield, the absolute change for those that own more of something will be higher than for those that own less, whereas the relative change stays the same.
