I’m starting to see signs that my 9yo is entering preadolescent age… 

And I’m very close to this sweet point:

I have a 15 year old son and a 13 year old daughter this year. They are in the midst of puberty and it is very difficult.
When kids are young, it's physical fitness.
When they grow up, they need mental strength😂
