I was 10 years old when I tried selling mangos to tourists in the Caribbean, I was 14 when my father brought home a computer I knew I wanted to go to the UK to do do maths, ended doing CS, graduated when Lehman Brothers collapsed. Full time job was a step to being a founder (experience + cash cushion to get started)
