Salt, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper are staples. I love Adam McKenzie’s Garlic Junky and Derek Wolf’s Gaucho Steakhouse from Spiceology on steaks. Girl Carnivore’s Over Easy and Everything Bagel blend for the eggs. Ditch the non-stick pan and get carbon steel or cast iron. Hot pan for a good sear.
