I love when I make a recipe and I get to use all my gadgets 🥵 today I made peri peri chicken with mojo verde and a sweet potato mash.

I got to use my emulsifier, my blender, my fancy pan, and my thermometer.

believe it or not that’s what helped me get into candle making - it’s just like cooking at scale! I know it looks like slop but trust it was delish
