Switching from my Nespresso machine to pour over coffee. Does anyone have recommendations on what coffee beans I should buy online?

I’m generally a fan of bottomless (light roast, w/ a preference for natural process Ethiopian). The auto-order works well, and beans are fresh and have been good 95% of the time. But also check out cometeer - the convenience/taste ratio is unmatched imho.

here's two ideas: Sey Coffee (BK based) - roasting some of the best single origin in the world, imo, all are very light Partners Coffee (also BK!) - makes great blends

You might want to try a lighter roast if you don’t already. Pourover brings out the acidity of light roasts and gives you more depth of flavour from a lighter bean.

There is a lot of variety: from the region/process to the beans' variety In terms of process, beyond just washed/dry I would recommend trying white honey and black honey In terms of variety, I've heard geisha is pretty hyped

For some reason, any brand of Sumatra is always really good to me. The trick is investigating the source.
