I stopped posting reports on my workouts. I'm still training, and I don't have much time to post right now. I will be back soon and will be publishing my reports. In short: I changed the training program to bench press, I want to shake 100 kg from my chest. The program is quite difficult and exhausting. I'm gaining weight, mostly on my stomach๐Ÿ˜… Now I regularly go to the sauna once a week and take a dip in cold water, it helps to relax after a hard week and harden myself.

Monday 13/01/2025 I switched to a new training program. I will practice according to the training program of Kirill Sarychev (world record holder in bench press) "the way to 100 kg in bench press." I think it's clear from the name that the program will focus on bench press exercises. The program lasts for 2 months. In the end, I have to shake 100 kg from my chest. I think my maximum weight is 90 kg right now, because I was doing 80 kg for 5 reps. Let's see what happens. Yesterday was the first day of training for this program. The weights were light, but the workout was very difficult due to the fact that I knocked down my sleep schedule and slept for only 3 hours. Friday 01/10/2025 Reduced the working weights in the horizontal thrust. I changed the technique of the exercise, they told me how to do it more correctly, now I feel my back better. Before that, I worked with weights of 66/72 kg. Thursday 01/04/2025 ๐Ÿ’ช The first training session this year. The training session took place late in the evening, it was 400 km to the gym. I was returning home after the holiday. I've been eating non-stop for 3 days, and I feel like I've gained 2 kilograms. My sleep schedule and diet have gone haywire. It's time to turn on the beast mode and get back in line.
