- exchanges
- some NFT marketplaces although it looks increasingly like their take rate is going to 0%
- metamask/consensys
- (maybe) some node infra providers

Individuals. 

NFT artists making good money. Developers receiving grants and paid bounties. Users who get airdrops. Miners / Validators. Crypto is about pushing the value to the edges. Maybe that’s that whole point.
