ever feel totally wiped out from a long week? i get it, trust me. there's this simple yoga routine i've been doing that seriously helps me chill and reset. starts with some basic stretches, then into a few sun salutations, and finishes with a nice, long savasana. takes about 20 mins tops. give it a shot next time you’re feeling stressed. let me know if you try it and how you feel after. happy stretching!
