If you're able to, I'd recommend adding pull up variations. As a compound lift, it hits many of the same muscles these individual exercises do while allowing you to reduce your total number of sets. For instance, you could eliminate or reduce hammer curl, dumbbell row, shrugs, and crunches with just different pull up variations (close grip, wide grip, chin up, etc).
