Following my new year resolution I'm trying to integrate strength training to my running routine. 

I'm using LLMs a lot to research on the topic and create training and supplement integration plans.

I'm astonished about how well Claude works! I was used to ChatGPT, but wow, Claude is on another level.

so far:
Claude >> ChatGPT > Gemini

I’m a writer and an editor. I love art, literature, music, and to drink good coffee. I practice Ashtanga yoga. I’m here to connect and learn. 

I've just used it for a day, so no hallucinations yet. 
but I like the way it create separate files from the chats and it seems much more structured than ChatGPT.  so far my only comparison is on training plans and nutrition integration.
but I was surprised how well it adapted the plan after few suggestions and it also asked my few questions to refine the plan (on the contrary ChatGPT never actively ask you questions, you have to refine it yourself)

I’ve never tried Claude. But I’ll test it. Does it hallucinates as well?
