Vitals are still off. But today I ran 14 km easy @ 5:00/km Let’s kill those pathogens! 💪💪 Will see tomorrow if I’ve done something stupid or the the right thing 😅

Let’s hope it proves to be the right thing. Every time that I run when I am at the beginning of a cold, it got worse. But everyone is different.
